These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the terms of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by Drone Business Okinawa LLC (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

We may not approve your registration for the following reasons. We are not obligated to disclose the reasons.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)

Users are responsible for managing their user IDs and passwords appropriately. They may not transfer, lend, or share their user IDs and passwords with third parties.
If the user ID and password combination matches the registered information and is used to log in, we will consider it to be use by that user.
We are not liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use by third parties.

Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Methods)

For paid portions of the Service, the User shall pay the usage fees separately determined by the Company and displayed on the website in the manner specified by the Company.
If the User is late in making payment, the User shall pay late payment charges at the rate of 14.6% per annum.

Article 5 (Prohibited matters)

When using this service, users must not engage in the following acts.

1. Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals

2. Any activity related to criminal activity

3. Intellectual property infringement

4. Destroying or disrupting servers or networks

5. Unauthorized use for commercial purposes

6. Actions that interfere with the operation of the service

7. Unauthorized access

8. Unauthorized collection of personal information

9. Any act that causes harm to other users or third parties

10. Impersonating other users

11. Unauthorized advertising or sales activities

12. Involvement with anti-social forces

13. Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Suspension of provision of the Service, etc.)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in the following cases:

1. For system maintenance and updates

2. In the event of force majeure such as a natural disaster

3. If a system failure occurs

4. Any other reason that we determine that it is difficult to provide the service

We are not responsible for any damages that may result from this.

Article 7 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)

Our company may restrict use or cancel registration without prior notice to users in the following cases:

1. If you violate these terms and conditions

2. If false registration information is discovered

3. In case of default on payment

4. If you can't contact us

5. If you have not used the service for a certain period of time

We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from this.

Article 8 (Withdrawal)

However, this does not apply if these Terms and Conditions constitute a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act. Even in such cases, compensation for damages caused by our negligence will be limited to the usage fee for that month.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms of Use)

The Company may change these Terms of Use without obtaining the User's consent in the following cases:

Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

We will handle users' personal information appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy."

Article 13 (Notification or Contact)

Any communication between the user and the Company will be carried out in the manner specified by the Company.

Article 14 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not transfer their contractual status or rights and obligations to a third party without our prior consent.

Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Japanese law, and in the event of any dispute, the court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
